Itinerary Detail  DAY 1 ARRIVE DELHI Arrive at Delhi International airport, on arrival welcome and our representative shall transfer you to your already booked hotel. Overnight at hotel DAY 2 DELHI > JAIPUR (250 KMS/5 HRS) [Breakfast] After breakfast, we drive pass the New Delhi covering Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, the Parliament House, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb & Qutab Minar. Afternoon, drive to Jaipur. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel DAY 3 SIGHTSEEING OF JAIPUR [Breakfast // Elephant Ride] After breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort and enjoy the elephant ride. On return drive past the Jal Mahal. Afternoon, visit to City Palace, Jantar Mantar & Hawa Mahal - the Palace of winds. Evening is free for the local markets. Overnight at hotel DAY 4 EXCURION TO SAMODE [Breakfast] Morning is at leisure. Afternoon drive to Samode (50 kms/90 mins). Visit nearby villages of Samode Evening drive back to Jaipur and overnight at hotel DAY 5 JAIPUR > FATEHPUR SIKRI > AGRA (240 KMS / 5 HRS) [Breakfast] Today after breakfast, drive to Agra. En-route, visit the Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive in Agra and check in at hotel. Overnight at Agra DAY 6 AGRA [Breakfast] After breakfast visit to Agra Fort and Taj Mahal. Evening is free for the local markets. Overnight at hotel. DAY 7 AGRA > GWALIOR (TRAIN) > ORCHHA (125 KMS/2 HRS) [Breakfast] Bhopal Shatabdi Train Agra (08.17) > Gwalior (09.36) / AC Chair car After breakfast, transfer to the station for the train to Gwalior. Arrive and visit to Gwalior Fort. Afterwards drive to Orchha, famous for the temples. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel DAY 8 ORCHHA > KHAJURAHO (200 KMS/4 HRS) [Breakfast] After breakfast visit to Orchha’s fine examples of Hindu and Mughal architecture, its palaces, temples and cenotaphs dating from the 16th and 17th centuries. Afterwards drive to Khajuraho, famous for the erotic temples. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel DAY 9 KHAJURAHO [Breakfast] The temples of Khajuraho are among the most famous in India. Over the course of the 11th and 12th centuries the Chandela dynasty created the most sublime examples of erotic sculpture in India, if not the world. Spend the day discovering the temples, which today are listed as a World Heritage Site. Overnight at the hotel DAY 10 KHAJURAHO > VARANASI (BY AIR) [Breakfast] Jet airways flight: Khajuraho (13.30) > Varanasi (14.10) After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Varanasi. Arrive in Varanasi and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Varanasi has been a centre of learning and pilgrimage for over 2000 years and is one of the oldest surviving cities in the world. Evening visit to Ghats for the Aarti. Overnight at hotel DAY 11 VARANASI [BOAT RIDE] [Breakfast] Early morning boat rides on the Ganges to view the sunrise and witness the pilgrims who gather to perform their religious rituals along the banks of the river. Take a guided walk through the heart of the old city. In the afternoon drive outside the city to Sarnath where Buddha first preached his message of enlightenment 2500 years ago. Overnight at the hotel DAY 12 VARANASI > DELHI (BY AIR) [Breakfast] Kingfisher flight: Varanasi (13.40) > Delhi (15.00) Breakfast at the hotel and morning at leisure. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Delhi. Arrive in Delhi and transfer to the hotel.
