Day 1 Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi International airport, on arrival welcome and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 Sightseeing of Delhi [B]
In the morning take a city tour of New Delhi covering Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, drive past the Parliament House, Lotus Temple, Humayun’s Tomb & Qutab Minar - Afternoon is to enjoy city tour of Old Delhi covering Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Gandhi Memorial. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 Delhi > Agra (220 Kms / 4 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast, transfer to Agra. Arrive Agra & check-in at hotel. Thereafter, visit the imposing Red Fort on the banks of the Yamuna, established by Akbar in 1565. Continue to the Taj Mahal, the great monument to love, and built by Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 Agra > Fatehpur Sikri > Jaipur (240 Kms / 5 Hrs) [B]
Today after breakfast, drive to Jaipur the "Pink City" of Rajasthan. After leaving Agra a stop will be made at Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar during the second half of the 16th century it was the capital of the Mughal Empire for only about 10 years. Continue to Jaipur. Established in 1728 by Maharaja Jai Singh II this city is surrounded by hills topped with rugged fortresses. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at Jaipur.
Day 5 Sightseeing of Jaipur [B // Elephant Ride]
After breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort and enjoy the elephant ride. On return drive past the Jal Mahal. Afternoon, visit to City Palace, Jantar Mantar & Hawa Mahal - the Palace of winds. Evening is free for the local markets. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6 Jaipur > Bundi (210 Kms / 4 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast, drive towards Bundi. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit to Taragarh Fort, Bhim Burj & Bundi Palace. Evening is at leisure, overnight at hotel.
Day 7 Bundi > Udaipur (280 Kms / 6 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast, transfer to the "Lake City" of Rajasthan called Udaipur. Upon arrival, check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 Sightseeing of Udaipur [B // Boat Ride]
After breakfast, day to visit the romantic city of Udaipur which includes City Palace, Jagdish temple, Sahelion ki Bari. Evening enjoy the Boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 9 Udaipur > Narlai (135 Kms / 3 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast drive off to Narlai. En-route, visit the beautifully carved Jain temple at Ranakpur. Arrive & check-in at Rawla Narlai, evening is at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 Narlai > Jodhpur (140 Kms / 3 Hrs) [B]
Morning at leisure and afternoon drive to Jodhpur the ‘Sun City’ of Rajasthan. Arrive Jodhpur & check-in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 Jodhpur > Jaisalmer (300 Kms / 6 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast, morning for the visit to gigantic Mehrangarh Fort & Jaswant Thada. Also visit the Clock Tower - the city centre. Thereafter drive towards Jaisalmer - the 'Golden city' of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check-in hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 Sightseeing of Jaisalmer [B // Camel Ride]
Morning sightseeing of the Jaisalmer Fort, the Gadsisar lake, royal cenotaphs and Jain temples. Afternoon visit to Sam, for an experience of the placid sand dunes of the Thar desert. Late afternoon, enjoy Camel Ride (Optional) in Desert. Overnight at hotel.
Day 13 Jaisalmer > Bikaner (330 Kms / 7 Hrs) [B]
Today after breakfast drive towards Bikaner. Arrive & check-in at hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 14 Bikaner > Mandawa (190 Kms / 4 Hrs) [B]
After breakfast, we visit the Junagarh Fort, which is known for its splendid interiors. Thereafter, drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival, check-in hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 Mandawa > Delhi (250 Kms / 5 Hrs) [B]
Morning after breakfast we make a walking tour of Mandawa to visit some of the beautifully painted mansions of the town and experience the lifestyle of the royal families in the past. Thereafter drive towards Delhi for the onward flight from international airport.
There shall be a tour supplement from 22nd Dec to 10th Jan, 2009
