15 rooms have been designated 'smoke-free' in keeping with guest preferences. Each cottage has its own private lawn and porch. Every room enjoys an exquisite view of the sprawling gardens with the majestic hillscape in the background. The Meadows is the only hotel with a direct view of Bibi Ka Maqbara and the mountains.

The Meadows is the winner of the prestigious Journal of Indian Institute of Architects National Award for Best Landscape Design in all three categories in 1996. Criteria for receiving the award includes aesthetic appeal, competence in maintaining such profuse vegetation in a traditionally arid zone and environment friendly measures employed for maintenance.
