How do I access "My Account" and view my current reservations on-line?
Updated and current itineraries for your account can be viewed any time
in the "My Account" area of our site. "My Account" is accessed via the
"My Account" link located at the top right of all pages on our sit .
If not logged on already you will be asked to log-in. For security purposes
it is necessary for you to use the same Log-in Name and password entered
when making your reservations. Reservation information will appear in
the "My Account" area. Other information such as "My FareWatcherSM" and
"My Account" are also located on this page. In the "My
Account" area just click on the link called reservatiuon History,
there select the reservation your are seeking. Once you have selected
the appropriate reservation, all details of your trip will be displayed.
On each reservation page you also have the opportunity to e-mail a copy
of your reservation to a friend or relative. Just click on the link titled
"Email to Friend" found at the bottom of the reservation page.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You may verify confirmation and all current information on your reservations
booked by phone and on-line at any time via the "My
Account" link located at top right of the Aathitya Travels homepage.
we shall send you the confirmation email with the details on the payment
options. Once, we receive the payments, we shall send you an email with
the link to vouchers and confirmation number. You may also log-in to your
"My Account" to print the hotel voucehrs.is your confirmation
page. If you did not receive your confirmation email, we recommend that
you check the Spam folder in your email to ensure that your confirmation
email was not auto-filtered to that folder. Additionally, you may want
to add Aathitya to your "allowed" senders list so that we can send you
confirmation emails and information regarding your future departures.
You can also access your trip details from My
Account which is accessible from the Aathitya homepage. Click on the
appropriate trip, and click the "Print This Page" button.
Can
I add additional passengers to an existing air, car, or hotel booking?
We will be glad to assist you in adding additional travelers to your reservations
when possible. In some cases we will need to create a new reservation
for the new travelers. Rules and processes vary by product.
Tours: For additions to your tours, please go on-line and use our support
form to submit the request.
Hotel: For additions to your hotel reservation you will need to book a
new reservation if you require additional rooms. If you have an additional
person to stay in your room and you are not exceeding the hotel maximum
of guests per room in most cases you can notify the hotel at check in.
Car: For additions to your car reservation you do not need to make any
changes. If you wish to add someone, just use our support
form to inform us.
How do I search for hotel rates and book a reservation?
To search for hotel rates and book reservations, start from the Aathitya
Travels home page and click onto the "Hotel" radio button from the
Search Option on the Home Page.
Can
I make airline, hotel or car reservations by phone?
At present, Aathitya Travels is not taking bookings on the phone.
Can I cancel a hotel booking?
Canceling Your Hotel Reservation:
To cancel a hotel reservation, start from the Aathitya.com home page .
Access your account by clicking on the "My Account" link located at the
right top of the page. You may be prompted to log-in if you have not already
done so. (To review the FAQ 'How do I access "My Account" and view my current
reservations on-line?' click here then use your back button to return
to this page.) Under "My Account", select the reservation you want to cancel.
When reviewing your reservation, you will see button labeled "Cancel".
Click "Cancel" to cancel the hotel booking. Cancel fees, if any, associated
with your booking will be displayed during the cancellation process. Click
the "Cancel Itinerary" button at the bottom of the page if you want to
cancel the entire reservation (if you have additional products booked).
Can I make changes to a hotel reservation?
To make a chnage in the hotel reservation, first log-in to the account
via "My Account" and
there clink the Link "Reservation History". On the openned page
just select the booking you wish to modify.
We would like to add that there shall be carge on any modifictaion made
to the confirmed booking. The charge shall be from USD 10/INR 500 to one
night retention charge. During the festival time and peak season it may
also call for full charge.
Will
there be any additional charges to my hotel bill?
All the confirmed hotel booking shall include most taxes. Incidental costs
such as meals, laundry, mini-bar, telephone and parking are not included
in your reservation rate.
Does Aathitya offer gift certificates?
Aathitya offers gift certificates/vouchers for the members. You may also
