Arrival
Airport transfers by our Travel Desk: guests are received; a grand welcome is accorded at the airport with the band and welcome drinks.
Smooth check-in to hotels of all guest; pre-arrival preparation of
baggage-tags with room numbers.
A royal welcome is organized at the hotels; shehnai players create the Regal Wedding Mood.
Each
guest is individually escorted to their well-appointed room by our
hospitality staff and briefed on the heritage of the rooms and the
various facilities offered.
A welcome drink is served to the guest in the room or reception area (as per the preference of the organizers).
An activity brochure of the Regal Wedding informs about the details of the events.
A separate hospitality desk is setup at the reception for the wedding function to assist the guest within the hotel premises and to sight see around the historic city.
Lunch at Shiv Niwas Palace
Lunch for all the guests is organized at the Shiv Niwas Palace courtyard
Regal Visits: Crystal Gallery, City Palace Museum
The hospitality desk assists in sightseeing itineraries and provides transport facilities. Activities within the city palace complex include boat cruise in the Lake Pichola, visits to the City Palace Museum and the Crystal Gallery. The vintage and classic car collection is another attraction.

Mehndi Night at Zenana Mahal
As
the evening approaches, the guests prepare for the Mehndi Night and
the excitement grows. Rangoli with flowers is done at the entrance
of the Zenana Mahal , fairy lights are thrown over shrubs and the
mashaals are lit up. Artist performs the welcome dance of bhavai.
A well-stocked bar lifts the spirit and snacks are served. As the
evening progresses, the tempo of dance and music increases and the
guest join in, to enjoy and celebrate. Our chefs give a final touch
to the piping hot buffet with all its accompaniments in order. Dinner
is announced at the appointed hour.
After the celebration, our hospitality staff ensures that the coaches or cars are ready for inter-hotel transfer, if required.
The other option for the mehndi celebration is the Manek Chowk with the backdrop of the majestic City Palace Museum.
