The main shopping centres in Thiruvananthapuram are M. G. Road, Chalai, Power House Road, Attukal Shopping Complex (East Fort), Narmada Shopping Complex(Kaudiar), Saphalya (Palayam) and Kedaram (Kesavadasapuram) . Most of the gifts and handicrafts emporia are located along M. G. Road.
